This guide is for business-to-business planning. Product availability, regulatory requirements and document acceptance must always be confirmed for the destination market.
1. Product and market brief
The buyer submits the molecule, strength, dosage form, pack, market, quantity and brand direction. Helix then coordinates an initial feasibility review.
2. Technical and commercial alignment
Available formula, specification, documentation, price, lead time and minimum order quantity are reviewed. Any development or market-specific gap is identified before proceeding.
3. Artwork and approvals
The parties align regulatory text, brand assets and print specifications. Production begins only after agreed approvals and commercial formalities are completed.
4. Batch, release and dispatch
Manufacturing, packing, quality release and dispatch follow the agreed plan. Batch documents and shipping paperwork are supplied according to the confirmed scope.
